1. The operator of hydraulic press shall be familiar with the principle of hydraulic system, the function of main hydraulic components of the equipment, and master the operation sequence of the system.

2. Before starting the equipment, check whether all moving mechanisms and solenoid valves are in the original state, and check the oil level of the oil tank. If abnormal or insufficient oil is found, it is forbidden to start the hydraulic pump motor and ask the maintenance personnel for maintenance.

3. The operator should often check the working condition of the hydraulic system, observe the working pressure and speed, check the size of the workpiece and the wear of props, so as to ensure the stability and reliability of the hydraulic system.

4. In winter, when the oil temperature of the oil tank does not reach 25 ℃, the actuators can not start to work in sequence, but can only start the hydraulic pump motor to make the hydraulic pump idle. In summer, when the oil temperature in the oil tank is higher than 60 ℃, pay attention to observe the working condition of the hydraulic system and inform the maintenance personnel to deal with it

5. The operator shall not damage the interlock device of the electrical system, push the electric control valve by hand, or damage or arbitrarily move the position of each operation gear.

6. For the hydraulic press equipment which has been shut down for more than 4 hours, the hydraulic pump motor should be started for 5-10min before starting to work.
